MOTOR DELAY

Occupational therapists can address issues underlying many reasons children might present with delays in milestones such as rolling, sitting, crawling, or walking.  If you have concerns about your baby's development, do not "wait and see" if it will get better.  Babies learn by repetition; intervening early can mean preventing delays in some cases.  It can be hard to "unlearn" abnormal patterns of movement if a baby has used them for a long time.
